WEEK 14_E-BIZ FOODPRENEUR WORKSHOP

 Oh yeah 🎉Finally, it's the last week of this semester ~

Today, we conducted an E-biz FoodPreneur Workshop for all of our clients to teach them to use the Wix website.

We successfully shared our knowledge on Wix.com with our clients -- self sourcing

Self sourcing - a word that we learned in the morning class. 

In our morning class, Dr. Fareed taught us about Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Information System Acquisition. CRM has several benefits such as improving loyalty and trust, improving relationships, and gaining feedback. There are 3 phases of CRM: retaining customers, gaining new customers, and enhancing customers.

For Information System Acquisition, there are 5 methods which are buy off the shelve, lease application, outsourcing, self sourcing, and insourcing.
